Beef Flank

Ingredients
  • 7oz beef flank
  • 1 tbsp Patak's Madras Curry Paste for Two
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp black pepper, crushed
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of sugar

Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients except beef in a bowl.
  2. Add beef flank and marinate at least for 2 hours minimum (or if possible, overnight) and cook on a charcoal grill.
